In the window you can select folder names which you do want to exclude from a comparison. To select/deselect a name click on the icon next to the folder.

Once you have selected all the folders names you do want, click the button Ok. The selected names will be added to the Exclude patterns list for folders at the Folder filters page of the Job Wizard.
