Job
To make Automatic Synchronizer operate with your data, you need to create one or several Jobs.
Jobs are displayed as a list in the main window.
There are basic operations you can perform with jobs: create new Jobs, delete them and modify their properties, etc.
Create a new Job [Ctrl+N - shortcut]
You can easily create a new Job with the Job Wizard window.
Click New Job button on the program toolbar to open the Wizard and follow its instructions.
Once a Job is created, it will be displayed in the list in the program window.
Modify Job [Alt+Enter - shortcut]
You can modify Job properties (such as its name, comparing folders etc.) any time you wish.
Select a required Job in the list and press Edit job button. The Job Wizard dialog will appear.
Choose a page with Job settings that you wish to modify. For details, see Job wizard topic.
Editing a job with Job wizard requires to stop
executing or
waiting Job.
This switches the Job state to
nothing.
For each Job you specify:
View Job settings [Enter - shortcut]
To view information about Job settings click the button Job info on the main toolbar.
Opening the window Quick info doesn't require to stop
executing or
waiting Job.
Select multiple Jobs [Ctrl+A - shortcut for select/deselect all Jobs]
To select multiple Jobs do one of the following:
Delete Job [Del - shortcut]
If you want to delete a Job, select it in the list and click Delete button in the program toolbar.
If you delete a Job, your files and folders will not be deleted.
