Just wanted to tell you I purchased the Synchronizer. It's better that SyncBack which I have been using in the past. Great software at a resonable price. I just ran my first backup and it went smoothly. I wish it was possible to set CPU priority for the program so it easier could run in the background, but other than that it's perfect!

I work for a software company myself (Opera Software, the browser company) so I have some experience with software. Yours seems to be very good indeed! :)

Your service to your customers (at least to me - inmy viewpoint) is excellent. You have prompt response on your Email and provide what is asked for in a fast friendly manner. Thats very important.

You listed to your users and work to improve the product. I particularly appreciate the memory management handling you did. I'll continue to monitor it and ensure it handles what I think it handles.

I like the feature of being able to rename files rather than overwrite them. That incorporates and good safety feature when it is needed - otherwise I can use the delete method.

I use the program at times to synchronize terrabytes of data. It just sits there in the background doing its thing.

I think it is an awesome program - very helpful tool for those who have to manage a lot of files and keep things synchronized. I looked at a lot of other programs that do this and your's beat the other ones I checked out hands down as far as simplicity of use, features and tech support.

I was looking for a program to synchronize files on my PC to my space on the our LAN that is backed up. Simply, Heatsoft Automatic Synchronizer is by far the best.

1. Very powerful and features rich, like shortcut creation for instant "double click" syncs.
2. An intuitive and easy interface.
3. More types synchronization options than the other programs I've used.
4. Good documentation in plain english.
5. Excellent support.
6. Cost is $35, I wouldn't have paid $100, $35 is about right.

I had registered HAS v.1.03 since the program covers all my business and personal needs for synchronizing files. It is easy, fast, reliable and helpful application. I've been using it for several months now, without a single glitch.

Recently I've received an email from Heatsoft about new HAS version. It's cool, this new version 1.04 works a bit faster but the program occupies much less memory.

I was wondering when they did offer me completely FREE upgrade to HAS 1.04 as soon as I'm a registered user. OOO! The support team is really professional and helpful in answering queries and as I am a strong believer in customer service I recommend HAS to everyone.

Pros: This product was exactly what I was looking for. I just wanted to back up all my files on a network device without propretary backup formats or compression, so restoration is simply a matter of using the explorer. Also, I wanted to install and configure once and never think about backups again. This product was clearly the best of the 10 or so I tried form download.com.

Cons: Interface is nice, but I had some trouble figuring out how the the exclude file filter works. All the excluded files are on one line separated by semicolons. This wasn't immediately obvious to me. Also, I wish you could exclude directories and files based on a full path name.

Great user interface, easy to use and works well. Perfect for mirroring your hard drive to another hard drive on a schedule. I use it to back up files to another machine.

It's been long time I have been search for automated file synchronization tool but with no avail, until I met with this program, my, it's what I'm looking for, pure synchronization. Why look for backup utility when this program what we all need practically, I recomend it - score 10

I was up and running in 20 minutes, most of that waiting for the download and deciding what folders I wanted to sync. Very helpful Wizards will be appreciated by non-technical types (like me). I showed it to a more technically inclined friend later, and they said it looked like quite a professional piece of software.

This product is solid. I've done a dozen or more file replication both manual and automatic and this product has had ""NO"" malfunction. I did a folder comparison each time with Computer ""A"" and Computer ""B"" and both source and target folders had the exact same number of files and the total size in bytes were equal as well. This is a great product.
