The window represents current patterns list. In the window you can track what directory exclusion patterns are actual.
Exclude directory patterns are intended to allow to exclude unwanted directories from a comparison. There are two types of patterns list: "Defined" and "Applied". "Defined" is a patterns list that would be actual for next comparison. "Applied" is an actual patterns list for current comparison results in the Comparison table.
You can define exclude directory patterns in the Set directory exclude patterns window (use shortcut F11).
