Visibility filters

The visibility filters let you quickly switch between viewing all files, equal files, single files, etc. The single side filter displays "orphaned" files - files that are existing on one side but not existing on the other side. Visibility filters are useful for isolating missing or obsolete files. Visibility filters are file display options: these filters become effective immediately, without a new comparison. Visibility filters are different for each mode: Visibility filters for filedata mode and Visibility filters for content mode.

You can use visibility filters combobox to controlling what files will be shown:

The main menu Show has the same visibility filters as the visibility filters combobox. You can hide the visibility filters combobox from the main toolbar and use the main menu Show only.

Also you can use visibility filters toolbar to controlling what files will be shown:

filedata mode

content mode

The visibility filters toolbar is a part of the Visibility filters and it provides quick access to some of the Visibility filters. When you click on the toolbar buttons the visibility filters combobox value will be changed automatically.
