When directories that are interesting for you were compared you can synchronize them. To synchronize the directories click on the button Sync () in the Comparison table toolbar or select menu File operations|Synchronize (Ctrl+S). This will open the Synchronize dialog box to synchronize marked files.

Note:
Only marked files will be synchronize!
