There are two synchronization mode: Marks dependent mode and Extended mode.

In the Marks dependent mode file copy direction is defined marks in the comparison table. Only marked files will be synchronized!

Extended mode includes some predefined methods of file synchronization like as Mirror copy and Backup. You can choose one of them or you may customize settings to meeting your needs.
