The main menu of Heatsoft ADCS contains following items

Menu File

Menu item	Shortcut	Description
Compare directories	F5	Compare two selected directories.
Compare with subdirectories	Alt+F5	Compare two selected directories with their subdirectories.
Content comparison	Alt+B	Switching between two comparison modes: filedata mode and content mode.
Create directory	F7	Create a folder in the directories tree.
Delete directory/files	F8	Delete a folder in the directories tree and to delete files in the comparison table.
Rename directory	Shift+F6	Rename a folder in the directories tree.
Remove empty folders...	Ctrl+E	Opens Remove empty folders window.
Explore	Alt+W	Calls Windows Explorer for selected folder.
Properties	Alt+Enter	Shows drive, directory or file properties window. The file properties window will be displayed only for a file with frame selection in the comparison table.
Comparison report...	Ctrl+P	Opens Configure comparison report window which allows to configure and generate a comparison report.
Exit	None	Closes Heatsoft ADCS and saves the current settings.

Menu Network

Menu item	Shortcut	Description
Add network drive	none	Opens a dialog box to connect network drives. This dialog does not belong to Heatsoft ADCS, but is specific to the network.
Disconnect network drives	None	Opens a dialog box to disconnect network drives. This dialog does not belong to Heatsoft ADCS, but is specific to the network. Some networks allow to disconnect network drives with the dialog box "Network connections".

Menu View

Menu item	Shortcut	Description
Trees	Ctrl+T	Shows only directories trees in the main window.
Comparison table	Ctrl+G	Shows only comparison table in the main window of Heatsoft ADCS.
Trees and comparison table	Ctrl+B	Shows boths directories trees and comparison table in the main window of Heatsoft ADCS.
Disk piecharter	Ctrl+V	Start work with Disk space viewer.
Toolbars	submenu	Allows to show or hide toolbars.
Directories pairs basket	Ctrl+D	Show or hide Directories pairs basket.
List of compared directories	Ctrl+N	Shows list of compared directories - Navigator which helps to move quickly through the comparison table.
Show file's path in comparison table	none	Shows a panel with current browse paths in the comparison table.
Favorites	Ctrl+F	Shows favorites directories list. The favorites list allows to quickly switch between multiple directories.
Sorting files	submenu	Allows you to change settings for sorting files in the comparison table.
Refresh tree	Ctrl+R	Refresh the directories tree.
Refresh comparison table	F4	Refresh the comparison table.
Log Viewer	F10	Opens Log Viewer window.
Environment variables	none	Open Environment variables window.
Info form...	Ctrl+I	Shows window with information about comparison details and system information.
Options...	Ctrl+O	Opens the Options window.
Change language...	none	Change language....

Menu Basket

Menu item	Shortcut	Description
Directories pairs basket	Ctrl+D	Show the Directories pairs basket in the main window of Heatsoft ADCS.
Add selected pair to basket	none	Adds the selected trees pair of directories to the basket.
Add selected pair with subdirs to basket	none	Adds a pair of directories with their subdirs from trees to the basket.
Edit selected pair	none	Edit directory pair window.
Switch subdirs set	none	Switch subdirs set of a pair. Icon in the middle of the pair displays current pair status.     - icon means simple directories pair - without subdirectories.     - icon means directories pair with their subdirectories
Remove selected pair from basket	none	Delete pair from the directories basket.
Clear basket	none	Remove all pairs from the directories basket.
Compare basket	Ctrl+F5	Compare all directories pairs from the basket.
Set the pair in trees	none	Set in the directories trees the pair selected in the basket.
Refresh directories pair basket	none	Refresh the directories pair basket content.
Save basket as group	Shift+F12	Save basket content as group of pairs for future usage.
Delete selected group	none	Delete a group from the group list.
Rename selected group	Shift+F6	Change name of a selected group.
Copy group content to the basket	none	Copy content of selected group to the basket.
Show groups panel	Alt+G	Show panel with groups of pair.
Basket toolbar	none	Show basket toolbar.

Menu File operations

Menu item	Shortcut	Description
Synchronize directories	Ctrl+S	Opens Synchronize directories.
Copy selected files to another directory	Shift+F5	Opens Copy files window where you can copy selected files from both panel of comparison table to another directory.
Delete selected files	Del	With this command you can delete all selected files from of comparison table. Since items from both side files may be selected at a time, before the actual deletion takes place you will see the delete file/files window.
Change date/attributes for selected files	Alt+T	Opens Change attributes window where you can change date and attributes for selected files in the comparison table.
Open with	submenu	Allows to open files with defined application
File filter	F12	Opens Set filter window where you can set file filter to view files which are required.
Set directory exclude patterns	F11	Opens the Set directory exclude patterns window.
View directory exclude patterns	Ctrl+F11	Opens the View directory exclude patterns window.

Menu Mark

Menu item	Shortcut	Description
for selected items: Set marks only to left	Shft+Ctrl+L	Set marks to for selected files which can copy only to left panel in comparison table.
for selected items: Set marks only to right	Shft+Ctrl+R	Set marks to for selected files which can copy only to right panel in comparison table.
for selected items: Set copy direction newer to older	Shft+Ctrl+N	Set marks for selected duplicate files from newer file to older file.
for selected items: Set copy direction older to newer	Shft+Ctrl+O	Set marks for selected duplicate files from older file to newer file.
for selected items: Set all marks (default direction)	Shft+Ctrl+D	Set all marks to for selected files in comparison table.
for selected items: Reverse marks with equal name	Shft+Ctrl+E	Reverse marks for selected files with equal name.
for selected items: Clear marks	Shft+Ctrl+C	Clear marks for selected files in comparison table.
Select all	Ctrl+A	Selected all files in comparison table.
