To delete files which are selected in the comparison table select menu item Delete () in the context menu or select menu File operations|Delete. Before the actual deletion takes place you are asked to confirm the delete operation by the Confirmation dialog box.

If files are selected on both sides at a time, will appear delete file/files window to ask you which files you do prefer to delete.

Note:
Deleting files may cause loss of data so use this option with care! If the files being deleted are on a local disk drive they will be sent to the Recycle Bin. You can change this option in the Options window.
